STEPS TO INCREASING VITALITY
1. Eat a well balanced diet with plenty of foods from nature. Fruits, vegetables, grains, beans and nuts, with moderate amounts of protein. Limit intake of meats especially red meats, sugar, white flour products, dairy products, processed foods, canned foods, coffee, tea and alcohol. Do not overeat, and eat in a relaxed environment, taking your time to chew. Daily use of food enzymes and a green supplement like Nature's Sunshine Greenzone with spirilina, blue green algae and more is excellent for a complete program.
2. Do a cleanse at least twice a year, with herbs, or vegetable juices or both and get colonics regularly to keep the colon cleased.

3. Drink pure water, at least 2 qts. a day. Invest in a water purifier preferably reverse osmosis. If you buy bottled water, transfer to a glass container and put out in the sun for several hours. This helps to neutralize the chemicals leeched out by the plastic.
4. Take a multi vitamin and mineral supplement with herbs as a base with no dyes or preservatives. Take a mineral supplement along with it that includes trace minerals. Nature Sunshine has a good multi and collodial minerals.
5. Exercise everyday or stretch. Connect with nature and get out in the fresh air and sunshine often.
6. Practice deep breathing. Imagine the pure essence of life energy coming in and filling your body with vitality .
7. Do relaxation exercises or meditation to quiet the mind. Get regular energy balancing like Reiki to balance the chakras and invisible forces aroung us.
8. Get plenty of rest. Too much rest can decrease your energy as well as too little. Know how much you need. Most people function well on 7 hours. You may require more.
9. Think positive thoughts. Say daily positive affirmations. Become aware af the areas in your life where you are losing energy, especially over worry and stress. Try to tranform them into something more positive. Or only allow yourself to think about them for a short period everyday and commit to moving on to higher thoughts.
10. Let go of pain from your past and replace it with love. Give kindness to others, find joy in the smallest things. Find a spiritual practice that honors who you are and makes you feel more connected. Let love into your heart and know you are worthy of the very best.
